11.In the movie Gattaca parents were allowed to pick the traits of their babies, should we be able to do this? Why or why not?

In the movie of Gattaca parents were allowed to pick the traits of the children, so does real life. In some countries, there  are many people that are transexuals.  Also the technology now is so well prepared. So changing the traits wouldn't be so hard.
